Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Leadsure (“Leadsure,” “we,” “us”) collects through leadsure.co, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Leadsure is a website, SEO, and lead-tracking studio operated by Leadsure in the United States. You can reach us at [email protected].
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a free website audit or contact us, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, work email, company name and website, industry, approximate annual revenue, monthly marketing spend, phone number (optional), whether you agreed to receive text messages, and anything you write in the notes field. We also record the time of submission.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how the site is used. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, which collect information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site (including referring site and campaign parameters such as UTM codes), approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and interactions such as button clicks and form submissions. Google Analytics may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. We also store campaign parameters, the referring page, and the first page you landed on in your browser’s session storage so that we can tell which campaign a request came from; this data is cleared when you close the tab.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and device and may set a cookie. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
How we use information
- To prepare and deliver the website audit you requested and to follow up about it.
- To respond to questions and provide our services.
- To send a confirmation email when you submit a request.
- To send text messages about your audit, only if you ticked the consent box and provided a number.
- To understand which marketing channels bring people to the site and to improve it.
- To detect and prevent spam, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the box agreeing to receive texts, we may send you a small number of messages about your audit at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We record the time you gave consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you:
- Brevo, which delivers our email notifications and confirmations and stores the contact details you send us.
- Google (Tag Manager and Analytics 4), for site analytics.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile), for spam protection.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website and processes requests to it.
- Our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which receives a copy of each form submission so we can track our conversation with you.
These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How long we keep information
We keep audit requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to provide the audit and any services that follow, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings . You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your choices”).
Your choices

- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Analytics: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Access, correction, and deletion: email us and we will tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to any legal retention requirements. Residents of states with privacy laws (for example California, Colorado, Virginia, and others) may have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing; we honor these requests regardless of where you live. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and spam filtering. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
